PERAN INTERVENSI DIGITAL DALAM EDUKASI PROMOSI KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT MASYARAKAT: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstrak
Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan permasalahan global yang berdampak pada lebih dari 3,5 miliar individu. Meskipun teknologi digital berkembang pesat, pemanfaatannya sebagai media promosi dan edukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut di masyarakat belum terpetakan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran intervensi digital dalam edukasi promosi kesehatan gigi dan mulut masyarakat melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data ScienceDirect menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan kata kunci Digital Media AND Oral AND Community serta Dental Health Promotion AND Community, menghasilkan 529 artikel terpilih dari periode 2016–2026. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan VOSviewer 1.6.20 dengan pendekatan term co-occurrence, menghasilkan 34 item yang terkelompok dalam empat klaster. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi digital efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku kesehatan gigi, dengan klaster utama meliputi literasi digital, beban penyakit gigi pada anak, implementasi program berbasis web, serta hambatan akses dan persepsi keluarga. Tren temporal menunjukkan pergeseran dari pendekatan deskriptif menuju intervensionis berbasis teknologi. Research gap teridentifikasi pada peran mediator sosial dalam adopsi layanan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi pengembangan intervensi digital yang terprotokol, inklusif, dan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan kesehatan gigi dan mulut masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
