PERAN DIET DALAM MIKROBIOTA SALURAN CERNA PADA PASIEN KANKER KOLON: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstrak

Kanker kolon merupakah salah satu jenis kanker dengan prevalensi yang cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Perkembangan kanker memiliki faktor resiko salah satunya adalah faktor diet. Dalam hal ini, mikrobiota saluran cerna memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan sel kanker, terutama kanker kolon. Mikrobiota saluran cerna dapat berubah menjadi kondisi disbiosis jika tidak diimbangi dengan diet yang tepat. Kondisi disbiosis adalah kondisi dimana terjadi ketidakseimbangan mikrobiota saluran cerna. Jika hal tersebut terjadi dalam waktu lama, maka akan mempengaruhi kesehatan manusia secara keseluruhan. Bifidobacterium spp adalah salah satu bakteri baik yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan seseorang. Systematic review ini ingin melihat peran diet terhadap kelimpahan bakteri Bifidobacterium spp dan pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan kanker kolon.
